About the position
The Leisure Card is aimed at children and young people aged 7 to 16 and is intended to provide the opportunity for a meaningful leisure time together with others. Your daily work involves helping individuals and associations get answers to their questions via telephone and email, and assisting them with their cases. You will handle administrative tasks and solve problems that users encounter. As a case handler, you are responsible for ensuring that cases are handled in a professional and efficient manner. Your role is crucial for building trust and ensuring that both individuals and associations receive the best possible service.
Units Case Handling 1 and 2 are responsible for handling, control, and service within the Leisure Card. As part of the National Board of Health and Welfare (E-hälsomyndigheten), you will, together with your colleagues, be our face to the outside world and represent us in all contact with users.
About you
To succeed and thrive as a case handler with us, your personal qualities are decisive. In the Leisure Card customer service, we handle many different types of questions, which requires a service-oriented and communicative attitude to build trust and deliver excellent service.
Your ability to remain calm in stressful situations is central when you encounter challenging cases and need to find solutions quickly. We also value that you are a skilled administrator who is meticulous, structured, and able to work independently. At the same time, you have a strong ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, which contributes to a positive work environment and a good customer experience. You enjoy working in a changing environment and like to learn new things.
We are looking for you who have:
- Upper secondary school diploma
- At least two years of experience working in telephone customer service
- Experience in case handling within a government agency or other public sector activity
- Experience working in case management systems
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an asset for the position if you have:
- A university degree of at least 120 credits in, for example, public administration, economics, or law
- Experience in managing many different contact points, including associations, guardians, and other external actors
- Experience working in complex systems with many actors, regulations, and dependencies, in an operation with national reach
- Good knowledge of additional languages, such as Arabic, Somali, and Tigrinya
